LG double body paddy separator is a new type of paddy separator. Its main characteristics are of adaptability to mixed brown rice. Reasonable structure, perfect process and easy operation. The screen angle and flow can be adjusted without stopping. It has two screen boxes to form serial process, which can obtain high quality brown rice and low content of brown rice in paddy.

Due to different bulk densities between paddy and brown rice, also under reciprocating movement of sieves, MGCZ machine separates brown rice from paddy. Arranged Gravity Paddy Separator in the rice processing can improve whole rice output greatly, also improve economic benefit enormously.

LG-25EA machine is a newly designed and developed product by improving
LG-25B,with inbuilt air blower driven by main pulley, mainly used in whitening the unpolished rice, meanwhile, by means of air blowing, the chaff will be blown off, It has the feature of low rice broken rate and low chaff rate.

LG 22K machine is newly designed and developed product by improving old LG18 rice Polisher, and assimilate the advantage of LG 25B rice polisher, it’s mainly used in whitening the unpolished rice, meanwhile, by means of air blowing, the chaff will be blown off. LG22K emery roller jet rice polisher features low mill pressure, low crushed rice rate, High rice output, small percentage of bran, the rice whiteness is good. The machine can process various kinds of rice to desired whiteness, with excellent technical, and economical effect.

LG 40 S Rice Polishing machine apre – dampening system is added on the base of the working principal of an ordinary Rice polishing machine to make the Rice surface soaked in water more fully, so as to improve the brightness and cleanness of the Rice.

It is used for white rice grading and choiceness in the rice processing factory.
